These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Bespokelements™ website and the provision of products, design services, consultancy, manufacturing and installation services supplied by Bespokelements™.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Bespokelements provides architectural products, bespoke manufacturing, design development, technical coordination, material specification, consultancy and installation services.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Timber Windows & Doors

  • Bespoke Furniture

  • Stone & Porcelain Features

  • Workplace & Commercial Interiors

  • Audio Visual Integration

  • Material Specification & Consultancy

All services are provided subject to individual project requirements and written agreement.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations, budgets and proposals are provided based on the information available at the time of issue.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotations remain valid for 30 days.

  • Design development may alter final specifications and pricing.

  • Additional requirements requested after approval may result in variations.

  • Bespoke products are manufactured specifically for each project and cannot be returned once production has commenced.

4. Design Information

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all drawings, dimensions, specifications and information supplied to Bespokelements are accurate.

Where design development, technical detailing or site surveys are provided by Bespokelements, recommendations are based on information available at the time of review.

Final approval of drawings, specifications and finishes remains the responsibility of the client prior to manufacture.

5. Orders & Production

Production shall not commence until:

  • Relevant drawings and specifications have been approved;

  • Required deposits have been received;

  • Any necessary technical information has been supplied.

Lead times are indicative unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Manufacturing schedules may be affected by supplier availability, material procurement, shipping delays or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Variations

Any modification to the agreed scope, specification, materials, finishes, dimensions or installation requirements may constitute a variation.

Variations may affect:

  • Price

  • Lead Times

  • Delivery Schedules

  • Installation Programmes

Variations will be confirmed in writing wherever reasonably practicable.

7. Materials & Finishes

Natural and handcrafted materials may contain variations in:

  • Colour

  • Tone

  • Pattern

  • Grain

  • Texture

  • Surface Appearance

Such variations are inherent characteristics of the material and shall not be considered defects.

Samples, visualisations and renders are indicative only and may not represent the final appearance exactly.

8. Delivery & Installation

Where installation services are included, reasonable site access must be provided.

The client shall ensure that:

  • Areas are ready for installation;

  • Relevant trades have completed prerequisite works;

  • Access routes are suitable;

  • Necessary permissions have been obtained.

Delays caused by site conditions may result in additional costs.

9. Intellectual Property

All drawings, visualisations, specifications, concepts, designs, technical details, photographs and website content remain the intellectual property of Bespokelements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No material may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespokelements shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect Losses;

  • Consequential Losses;

  • Loss of Profits;

  • Business Interruption;

  • Delays Caused by Third Parties;

  • Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific contract under which the claim arises.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Bespokelements makes no warranty that website content is complete, current or error-free.
